Q. What type of Deed will I get?
A. A Warranty deed is issued for all properties once the property is paid in full unless otherwise stated.
Q. What is due diligence?
A. Due diligence is the research you, as the buyer, are urged to complete prior to entering into a contract. This includes questions to the local county, Backroad Acrese, LLC, or visiting the land in person. We strongly encourage you to feel satisfied with your knowledge of the property prior to buying.
Q. What is the property zoned?
A. Most properties owned by Backroad Acres, LLC are zoned rural residential, however, some more rural properties do not have any zoning at all. We strongly suggest checking with the county for current zoning status.
Q. Are there time limitations to build?
A. Unless specified in the listing, there are no time limits in which an owner must build on the property.
Q. Are the mineral rights included with the property?
A. No, unless noted in the property listing. Most mineral rights in the USA were sold off many years ago.
Q. Is someone available to help me locate the property?
A. The property listing will include very details maps with directions and GPS coordinates to help you locate the property. However, if you have any questions please don’t hesitate to call or contact us.
Q. Is the property staked or surveyed?
A. Most of our properties have been surveyed and corners marked. If Backroad Acres, LLC has surveyed the property this will be noted in the listing and provided to you upon request.
Q. Should buyers personally inspect the property before making a purchase?
A. Yes, we highly recommend every buyer inspect each property and perform all of their due diligence before entering into a contract.

A. Our property listing includes a lot of details however, we always encourage buyers to call the county or state agency in which the property is located.

Q. Who qualifies for financing?
A. Everyone! We don’t even do a credit check. If you have A+ credit or no credit we don’t discriminate. We’ll finance everyone.
